摘要
建立了固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法同时测定水中三氯杀螨醇、艾氏剂、狄氏剂和异狄氏剂的方法。三氯杀螨醇、艾氏剂、狄氏剂和异狄氏剂在质量浓度10.0~150μg/L范围内线性关系良好,4种农药检出限分别为0.03μg/L、0.01μg/L、0.03μg/L和0.05μg/L,样品平均加标回收率均在91.4%~104.0%之间,重复性相对标准偏差在3.0%以内。本方法操作简便,检出限低,定性定量准确,适用于水中三氯杀螨醇、艾氏剂、狄氏剂和异狄氏剂等有机氯农药的检测。
The linear range of dicofol,aldrin,dieldrin and endrin was 10.0μg/L—150μg/L.The detection limits were 0.03μg/L,0.01μg/L,0.03μg/L and 0.05μg/L,respectively.The average recoveries were in 91.4%—104.0%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 3.0%.This method has advantages of simple operation,low detection limit,accurate qualitative and quantitative.
