摘要
使用油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸等不同饱和度的脂肪酸为原料,与三乙醇胺进行酯化反应,再与硫酸二甲酯进行季铵化反应,制备出3种酯基季铵盐产品。研究了其对棉织物及涤纶织物整理后的抗静电性、柔软性、再润湿性。同时对影响酯基季铵盐稳定性因素进行了考察。结果表明:油酸基产品(EQ90-O)对涤纶织物的抗静电性提升最佳;硬脂基产品(EQ90-S)对涤纶织物的柔软综合性能最优;对于棉织物来说,整理后柔软性能均有明显提升,硬脂基产品(EQ90-S)综合评分最高;此外,油酸基产品(EQ90-O)能明显提升织物整理后的再润湿性。
Three kinds of ester quaternary ammonium salts were prepared by esterification with triethanolamine and quaternization with dimethyl sulfate using fatty acids with different saturation such as oleic acid,palmitic acid and stearic acid as raw materials.The antistatic,softness and rewetting properties of cotton and polyester fabrics were studied.At the same time,the factors affecting the stability of ester quaternary ammonium salt were investigated.The results show that the oleic acid based product(eq90-o)is the best to improve the antistatic property of polyester fabric;Stearin based products(eq90-s)have the best comprehensive soft properties for polyester fabrics;For cotton fabrics,the softness after finishing is significantly improved,and the comprehensive score of stearic based products(eq90-s)is the highest;In addition,oleic acid based products(eq90-o)can significantly improve the re wettability of fabrics after finishing.
