摘要
目的探讨辐照去白细胞输注对急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者免疫炎性及院感发生率等的影响。方法选取118例ALL的患者作为研究对象,根据输血方式的差异分为2组。研究组患者60例,采用辐照去白悬浮红细胞输注;而对照组患者30例,则采用未经辐照去白悬浮红细胞输注。比较2组患者的临床疗效等。结果输血治疗后,研究组的医院感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。输血前2组患者的免疫功能相关指标比较无差异(P>0.05),而输血后研究组免疫功能相关指标均比对照组明显升高(P<0.05);输血前2组患者的炎性相关指标比较无差异(P>0.05),而输血后研究组炎性相关指标均比对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。2组出现输血不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论辐照去白细胞输注对ALL患者疗效显著,不仅可改善患者的免疫功能,同时还能降低院感发生率且不增加输血的不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of irradiation and leucocyte infusion on the immune inflammation and hospital sensitivity rate of ALL patients.Methods 118 ALL patients were selected as the research object.According to the difference of blood transfusion mode,it was divided into 2 groups.Among them,60 patients in the study group were treated with irradiation to remove the white suspension red blood cells,while 30 patients in the control group were treated with irradiation free transfusion of the white suspension red blood cells,and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared.Results After blood transfusion,the incidence of nosocomial infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Before blood transfusion,there was no difference in the immune function related indexes between the 2 groups(P>0.05),but after blood transfusion,the immune function related indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Before blood transfusion,there was no difference in the immune function related indexes between the 2 groups(P>0.05),but after blood transfusion,the immune function related indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After blood transfusion,the immune function related indexes of the study group were significantly improved than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions of blood transfusion between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of irradiation leukocyte depleted infusion on ALL patients is significant,It can not only improve the immune function of patients,but also reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions of blood transfusion,which is worthy of clinical application.
