摘要
目的探讨自我效能干预联合心理护理对暴露部位烧伤整形患者不良情绪、应对方式及综合健康状况的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月空军军医大学第一附属医院西京医院烧伤整形外科收治的暴露部位烧伤整形患者88例为研究对象, 采用奇偶数字排列法将其分为试验组和对照组各44例。对照组患者进行常规烧伤整形手段护理, 试验组在常规护理的基础上进行提升自我效能及心理护理干预。观察并比较两组患者干预前后的不良情绪、应付方式及综合健康状况。结果实施自我效能干预联合心理护理干预后, 试验组患者的焦虑、忧郁不良情绪评分均明显低于对照组;试验组患者的积极应对方式"面对"评分显著高于对照组, 试验组患者的消极应对"回避"和"逃避"评分明显低于对照组;试验组患者的综合健康状况评分均明显高于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论自我效能干预联合心理护理干预可显著改善和疏导患者的不良情绪, 有效改变患者的应对方式, 使患者积极面对疾病, 进一步提升患者的综合健康状况水平, 对患者获取良好预后及重新树立自信心都起着非常重要的作用, 临床效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of self-efficacy intervention combined with psychological nursing on the bad mood,coping style and comprehensive health status of hurn-and-plastic patients in exposed areas.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,88 patients with plastic surges for burns at exposed sites admitted to Xijing Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 44 patients in each group,using odd-even numeral array method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing inteiTention for burn plastic surgery,while the observation group was given self-efficacy intervention combined with psychological nursing intenention on the basis of routine nursing in the control group.Fhe bad mood,coping style and comprehensive health status of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After self-efficacy intervention combined with psychological nursing intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The score of positive coping style"face"in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the score of negative coping style"avoidance"and"escape"in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The comprehensive health score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-effiracy intervention in combination with psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve and facilitate the patient's had mood,effectively change the patient's coping styles,make positive in the face of disease patients,further enhance the comprehensive health level of the patients.It plays an important role in patients to obtain a good prognosis and re-establish self-confidence,and the clinic al effect is remarkable.
