摘要
采用XRD、SEM、EDS研究了二次铝灰与氧化钙在不同比例、不同温度下焙烧生成的铝酸钙的物相转变。结果表明,在1200℃下,主要物相为Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)(C_(12)A_(7)),且有少量Ca_(12)Al_(4)O_(7)(CA_(2))生成;在1400℃下,主要物相为C_(12)A_(7),且CA_(2)消失,并出现了少量Ca_(12)Al_(2)O_(4)(CA);在1600℃下,主要物相为CA;在1200℃和1400℃生成的A_(12)CA_(7)都是立方晶系,属于稳定性A_(12)CA_(7),随着温度升高,熟料中C_(12)A_(7)的晶胞体积增大。氧化钙与二次铝灰质量比分别为0.9、1.0、1.1、1.2时,在1350℃下,二次铝灰与CaO的质量比在0.9~1.2时,主要物相均为C_(12)A_(7),并有少量的CA生成,生成的C_(12)A_(7)都是立方晶系,属于稳定性C_(12)A_(7)。随着CaO与二次铝灰的质量比的升高,C_(12)A_(7)含量增加,熟料中C_(12)A_(7)的晶胞体积先增大后减小,二次铝灰与CaO的质量比为0.9时,CA含量最多,质量比为1.0~1.2时,CA含量少于质量比为0.9时,且在这个阶段内CA含量很少,通过XRD并不能发现其明显的变化。
By means of XRD,SEM and EDS,the phase transformation of calcium aluminate produced by calcination of secondary aluminum ash and calcium oxide at different proportions and different temperatures was investigated.The results indicate that at 1200℃,the main phase is C_(12)A_(7)with a small amount of CA_(2)formed.At 1400℃,the main phase is C_(12)A_(7)with the absence of CA_(2)and a small amount of CA formed.At 1600℃,the main phase is CA.A_(12)C_(7)generated at 1200℃and 1400℃is cubic crystal system and belongs to stable C_(12)A_(7).With the increase of temperature,the cell volume of C_(12)A_(7)in the clinker is increased.When the mass ratio of calcium oxide to secondary alumina ash are 0.9,1.0,1.1 and 1.2,and the mass ratio of secondary alumina ash to calcium oxide is between 0.9 and 1.2 at 1350℃,the main phase is C_(12)A_(7)with a small amount of CA generated.The generated C_(12)A_(7)is stable,belonging to the cubic crystal system.With the increase of the mass ratio of calcium oxide to secondary aluminum ash,the content of C_(12)A_(7)is increased and the cell volume of C_(12)A_(7)in the clinker is increased firstly and then decreased.When the mass ratio of secondary aluminum ash to calcium oxide is 0.9,CA content reaches the maximum value.The Ca content in the mass ratio range of 1.0~1.2 is less than that of 0.9,which is little in this stage and hardly found by XRD.
