摘要 针对复杂铸件蜡模制作难度大、加工周期长等问题,将数字光处理(DLP)3D打印技术与传统熔模铸造相结合,以内部结构复杂的闭式叶轮作为试验对象。使用DLP技术一次打印完成了叶轮铸型及浇注系统蜡模,制作成本仅为传统工艺的几十分之一。并通过型壳制作、焙烧脱蜡及浇注等工序获得了叶轮铸件。经检测,使用DLP技术制成的叶轮铸件无铸造缺陷,表面品质符合要求。 Aiming at the high difficulty and long cycles for wax pattern of complex casting,the DLP(digital light processing) 3 D printing technology was combined with traditional investment casting to produce the closed impeller with complex internal structure.The casting mold of impeller and the wax pattern of gating system were printed by DLP technology at one time,with a lower cost than that of the traditional process.The impeller casting products were obtained by making mold shell,dewaxing,baking and pouring.The results indicate that the surface quality of impeller casting products made by DLP technology meets the requirements without casting defects.
