摘要
当前,在经济发展新形势下,企业在经营管理工作中只有不断创新、不断改革,才能优化管理工作,促进企业可持续发展。传统的经济管理模式不够灵活,管理效率低下,不适应当前企业发展的环境,因此,为更加灵活地进行经济管理,提高管理的效率,企业必须重视对经济管理工作的调整与创新。论文研究分析了企业经济管理工作的重要性,分析了企业在经济管理中存在的问题,针对问题提出了改进策略,以期帮助企业创新经济管理,实现长远发展。
At present,under the new situation of economic development,only continuous innovation and continuous reform in business management work can optimize management work and promote sustainable development of the enterprises.The traditional economic management mode is not flexible enough,the management efficiency is low,and does not adapt to the current enterprise development environment.Therefore,in order to carry out economic management more flexibly and improve the efficiency of management,enterprises must pay attention to the adjustment and innovation of economic management work.This paper studies and analyzes the importance of enterprise economic management,analyzes the problems existing in enterprise economic management,and proposes improvement strategies for the problems,so as to help the enterprise to innovate economic management and achieve long-term development.
