摘要
针对目前胡底煤业瓦斯泵站运行中所存在的问题,将由高、低浓度两套瓦斯抽采系统优化改造为高、中、低浓度三套瓦斯抽采系统。通过现场应用,结果表明:改造后瓦斯泵站三系统运行稳定良好,可以提高瓦斯利用率,降低瓦斯排空率,具有显著的经济效益,并保证了矿井的安全生产,对其他煤与瓦斯突出矿井的瓦斯抽采利用具有积极的推广应用意义。
In view of the existing problems in the operation of the Hudi Coal Industry gas pumping station,two sets of high and low concentration gas extraction systems will be optimized and transformed into three sets of high-,medium-,and low-concentration gas extraction systems.The field application shows that the three systems of the gas pumping station after the transformation are operating stably and well,which can increase the gas utilization rate,reduce the gas emptying rate,have significant economic benefits,and ensure safe production in the mine.This research has positive promotion and application significance for gas drainage and utilization in other coal mines and gas outburst mines.
