摘要
针对矿井综采工作面工作环境恶劣、设备自动化水平低下、人工劳动强度大等问题,基于STM32F103单片机设计了一套液压支架自动化跟机控制系统。首先设计了系统总体框图,硬件上对主控制器、支架分控制器、传感器检测系统、信号转换电路进行了设计与选型;软件上根据液压支架自动化跟机的控制逻辑,设计了相应的自动化跟机程序,并给出具体的流程框图。现场运行结果表明:该自动化跟机系统可实时根据采煤机的工作位置实现液压支架的联动跟机工作、协同控制,实现了工作面的“无人化”管理,提高了运营效率。
Aiming at the poor working environment of the fully mechanized mining face,the low level of equipment automation,and the high labor intensity,this paper designs a set of hydraulic support automatic follow-up control system based on the STM32F103 single-chip microcomputer.First,the overall block diagram of the system is designed,the hardware design and selection of the main controller,support sub-controller,sensor detection system,and signal conversion circuit;software based on the control logic of the hydraulic support automation follow-up machine,design the corresponding automation follow-up machine program and give a specific flow diagram.On-site operation results show that the automatic follow-up system can realize the linkage follow-up and coordinated control of the hydraulic support according to the working position of the shearer in real time,realize the“unmanned”management of the working face,and improve the operating efficiency.
