摘要
目的探讨电针治疗对反复着床失败患者FET妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2019年8月~2021年3月我院生殖医学科收治的准备行冻融胚胎移植的RIF患者120例,以简单随机法分为试验组和对照组各60例。试验组行针对性穴位电针刺激治疗,对照组实施非经非穴点电针治疗,比较两组患者的一般情况、子宫内膜容受性相关指标如子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜形态、子宫内膜血流类型、子宫内膜血流相关参数及FET周期移植胚胎数、临床妊娠率、周期取消率、胚胎着床率及流产率。结果两组患者子宫内膜形态、移植胚胎数、周期取消率及流产率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组子宫内膜厚度、A型子宫内膜血流率、子宫内膜血流参数PSV值均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的B型子宫内膜血流率、子宫内膜血流参数RI值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于RIF患者实施电针治疗可改善子宫内膜厚度及血流,降低子宫内膜血流阻力,从而改善子宫内膜容受性,提高FET周期的临床妊娠率及胚胎着床率。
Objective To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture on pregnancy outcome of FET in patients with repeated implantation failure.Methods 120 RIF patients who were to receive freeze-thaw embryo transfer in our hospital from August 2019 to March 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases) by simple random method.The experimental group were treated with targeted acupoint electro-acupuncture,while the control group received non-meridian and non-acupoint electro-acupuncture.The general condition,endometrial receptivity-related indicators such as endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,endometrial blood flow type,parameters related to endometrial blood flow,embryo transferred number,clinical pregnancy rate,cycle cancellation rate,embryo implantation rate and abortion rate during the FET cycle were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in endometrial morphology,embryo transferred number,cycle cancellation rate and abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness,type-A endometrial blood flow rate and the PSV value of endometrial blood flow in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Type-B endometrial blood flow rate and the RI value of endometrial blood flow in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture therapy for RIF patients can improve the endometrial thickness and blood flow,and reduce endometrial blood flow resistance,thus improving endometrial receptivity,clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate of FET.
