微生物次级代谢物因其产生过程、条件以及自身性质的特殊性,对其进行风险评估是微生物农药登记评审中的难点。OECD 2018年发布的98号工作文件(Working Document on the Risk Assessment of Secondary Metabolites of Microbial Biocontrol Agent)对微生物农药中次级代谢物的风险评估进行了详细介绍,本文对其中的部分重点内容进行了总结和梳理,供农药管理部门和行业参考。
Due to the specificity of microbial secondary metabolites in their production process,condition and their natural features,its risk assessment is a most challenging point in the registration review of microbial pesticide registration.OECD Working Document on the Risk Assessment of Secondary Metabolites of Microbial Biocontrol Agent Series on Pesticides No.98 provides a detailed introduction to the risk assessment of secondary metabolites in microbial pesticides.This article summarizes and sorts out the key content of the Working Documents,for the reference of national pesticide regulatory authorities and the industries.
