计及供气充裕性的电-气互联综合能源系统低碳经济调度 被引量:10

摘要 在发展能源互联网和低碳电力背景下,综合能源系统成为节能减排的重要支撑技术,随着电力和天然气系统耦合程度不断加深,天然气供气充裕性对系统影响越来越大。在此背景下,提出一种计及供气充裕性的电-气互联系统优化调度模型,采用气荒因子协调机组调度,建立以系统运行成本、环境污染、弃风光量以及失负荷成本为目标的优化调度模型。通过算例结果分析证明了电-气互联综合能源系统中计及天然气系统供气充裕性的必要性,验证了所提模型可以实现系统可靠、低碳、经济运行的目标,同时表明P2G技术能够消纳过剩新能源,实现互联系统总体经济最优。 In the context of the development of energy Internet and low-carbon power, integrated energy systems have become an important supporting technology for energy conservation and emission reduction. As the coupling of power and natural gas systems continues to deepen, natural gas supply adequacy has an increasing impact on the system. Under this background, this paper proposes an optimal scheduling model for the electric-gas interconnection system considering the adequacy of gas supply, and uses the gas shortage factor to coordinate the unit scheduling, and establishes the optimal dispatch model with the system operating cost, environmental pollution, abandoned wind quantity and load shedding as the targets. The analysis of the example results proves the necessity of taking into account the gas supply adequacy of the natural gas system in the electric-gas interconnection system, and verifies that the proposed model can achieve the goal of reliable, low-carbon and economic operation of the system, and shows that P2 G technology can eliminate excess energy and achieve the overall economic optimality of the interconnected system.
