摘要
目前综采工作面视频系统中摄像仪的选型与部署没有一个标准、精确的指导依据,基于对现有摄像仪的配套方案进行了总结分析,结合摄像仪与液压支架的关键配合参数,如支架宽度、采高、安装高度、煤壁距离、视角覆盖支架数等,对综采工作面单个摄像头监控视角的覆盖范围进行了理论计算推导,得出标准的计算公式,并以此为指导进行了摄像仪视角分析软件设计与实现,并从已知摄像仪参数评估配套可行性和已知使用环境选型摄像仪两个方面进行了使用方法的介绍,为综采工作面视频监控系统摄像仪的配套选型与部署、新产品的需求分析与设计方案的确定提供了有力的分析与验证工具。
There is no standard and accurate guidance basis for the selection and deployment of camera in the video system of fully mechanized working face.Based on the summary and analysis of the supporting scheme of the existing camera,combining the key matching parameters of camera and hydraulic support such as support width,mining height,installation height,coal wall distance,the number of supports covered by visual angle,etc.,the coverage area of single camera monitoring angle in fully mechanized working face was theoretically calculated and deduced,and the standard calculation formula was obtained.Based on this,the camera angle analysis software was designed and implemented,and the use method was introduced from the two aspects of the known camera parameter evaluation matching feasibility and the known use environment selection camera,which provides reference for the video monitoring system camera matching of fully mechanized coal mining face,it provides powerful analysis and verification tools for model selection and deployment,requirement analysis and design scheme determination of new products.
