摘要
目的:分析持续质量改进对新生儿医源性皮肤损伤的运用效果。方法:2019年10月-2020年6月收治新生儿60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予新生儿常规护理模式,试验组在常规护理基础上进行持续质量改进,比较两组新生儿住院期间医源性皮肤损伤发生率、临床疗效及家属护理满意度。结果:试验组医源性皮肤损伤发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率及家属护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿常规护理基础上进行持续质量改进,可有效降低新生儿医源性皮肤损伤发生率,提高临床疗效及家属护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement on neonatal iatrogenic skin injury.Methods:From October 2019 to June 2020,60 newborns were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode.The experimental group made continuous quality improvement on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the incidence of iatrogenic skin injury,clinical efficacy and family nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The incidence of iatrogenic skin injury in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the total effective rate of treatment and the nursing satisfaction of family members were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement based on routine neonatal care can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal iatrogenic skin injury and improve clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of family members.
