摘要
目的对老年慢性心力衰竭患者护理中应用整体护理的效果进行观察。方法选取94例慢性心力衰竭老年患者,时间2018年1月至2019年1月,按照随机抽签法将患者分为对照组(47例,常规护理)与观察组(47例,整体护理),对比两组护理效果。结果护理后观察组SAS评分为(32.97±3.88)分、SDS评分为(30.69±3.24)分,均低于对照组的(47.64±5.93)分、(45.87±5.27)分,P<0.05;护理满意度对比,观察组为97.87%,低于对照组的80.85%,P<0.05。结论对老年慢性心力衰竭治疗期间,将整体护理用于患者护理中,能够有效改善患者不良情绪,对护患关系改善明显,护理服务质量较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing in the care of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected from January 2018 to January 2019.The patients were divided into a control group(47 cases,routine nursing)and an observation group(47 cases,holistic nursing)according to the random lottery method.Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS score of the observation group was(32.97±3.88)and the SDS score was(30.69±3.24),which were lower than those of the control group(47.64±5.93)and(45.87±5.27),P<0.05;nursing satisfaction In contrast,the observation group was 97.87%,which was lower than the control group’s 80.85%,P<0.05.Conclusion During the treatment of chronic heart failure in the elderly,the use of holistic nursing in patient care can effectively improve the patient’s bad mood,significantly improve the nurse-patient relationship,and the quality of nursing service is high,which is worthy of promotion and application.
