摘要
目的分析子宫肿瘤患者接受手术治疗后采用心理护理的临床效果。方法选择本院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的子宫肿瘤患者100例,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组。其中对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组患者在对照组护理基础上采用心理护理,对比两组患者护理后SDS评分、SAS评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者的SDS、SAS评分显著低于对照组,生活质量评分、护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对子宫肿瘤疾病患者采用常规护理措施基础上应用心理护理能够有效提高其治疗信心,同时改善治疗效果,对提高患者的生活质量具有显著意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing for patients with uterine tumor after operation.Methods A total of 100 cases of uterine tumor were received from February 2018 to February 2019,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the study requirement.In the control group,the normal nursing measures were adopted,and the patients in the observation group were treated with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of SDS,SAS and the quality of life of the patients were compared in the same time.Results After the different nursing measures were adopted,the patients were observed.The scores of SDS and SAS in the group were significantly lower than that in the control group,while the quality of life in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group.The difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of normal nursing measures for patients with uterine tumor,the application of psychological nursing can effectively improve the confidence of the disease treatment and improve the treatment effect of the disease,which is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of life of the patients.
