摘要
为了研究中山杉单板快速漂白工艺,采用H_(2)O_(2)和NH_(4)HCO_(3)作为漂白剂进行单因素漂白试验,以漂白单板的色差△E*和白度差△W*来评价漂白效果。试验结果表明,单因素条件下,H_(2)O_(2)质量分数、处理温度对漂白效果影响较小,NH_(4)HCO_(3)质量分数25%时漂白效果更好。结合极差与方差分析,筛选出适合中山杉单板快速漂白的工艺:V(H_(2)O_(2)质量分数15%)∶V(NH_(4)HCO_(3)质量分数15%)=1∶1、处理温度70℃、处理时间3 min,此条件下漂白试样色差值为19.6,白度差值为15.1%。研究结果证明了H_(2)O_(2)和NH_(4)HCO_(3)复配漂白剂对于中山杉单板的作用,为单板快速漂白工业化生产提供理论依据。
Single-factor experiment was conducted for investigating a rapid bleaching process for wood veneer of Taxodium hybrid"Zhongshanshan 302".Hydrogen peroxide and ammonium bicarbonate were used as chemical bleaching agents;the degree of color difference and whiteness difference of the bleached veneer were served as evaluation indicators.The results showed that H_(2)O_(2) concentration and treatment temperature had less effect on bleaching performance.However,NH_(4)HCO_(3) concentration of 25%had a greater effect on bleaching process.Combining with range and variance analysis,the optimum rapidly bleaching process were selected as follows:the ratio of hydrogen peroxide(mass fraction was 15%)to ammonium bicarbonate(mass fraction was 15%)was 1∶1;the bleaching temperature was70℃;and the treatment duration was 3 min.Under this situation,the value of color difference and whiteness difference of the bleached veneer were 19.6 and 15.1%,respectively.The results proved that the formulation of H_(2)O_(2) and NH_(4)HCO_(3) was suitably for bleaching Taxodium hybrid"Zhongshanshan 302"veneer and provided a theoretical basis for rapidly bleaching process for industrial applications.
