摘要
通过落锤冲击试验研究了不同玄武岩纤维掺量对混凝土抗冲击性能的影响,得到不同水灰比条件下玄武岩纤维的最优掺量,同时采用纤维间距理论对玄武岩纤维混凝土增韧效应进行了数值分析。结果表明:玄武岩纤维的掺入明显提高了混凝土的抗冲击性能,延性指标变化趋势存在峰值;不同水灰比条件下玄武岩纤维最优掺量不同,但纤维中心间距是一个定值。该研究结果为玄武岩纤维混凝土配合比设计提供了参考。
The influence of different fiber contents on impact resistance of concrete is studied by drop weight impact test.The optimal fiber content under different water cement ratios is obtained.At the same time,the toughening effect of fiber reinforced concrete is numerically analyzed by fiber spacing theory.The results shown that the impact resistance of concrete is significantly improved by fiber content.The ductility index has a peak value;The optimal fiber content varies with different water cement ratios.The fiber center spacing is a fixed value.The test provides a reference for the mix proportion design of basalt fiber concrete.
