摘要
中国共产党百年发展史是一部开创中国和世界政党建设与发展伟业的历史,也是一部崇尚清廉、推进廉洁政治的历史。中国共产党以建立新型无产阶级政权为目标,是中国历史上第一个明确提出"反对腐败、建设廉洁政治"的政党,在以人民为中心、以时代为根据推进反腐事业的进程中实现了马克思主义中国化的伟大飞跃。反对腐败,是建党主张与政党旗帜、是百年发展中自我革命的重要之役。中国特色反腐倡廉道路的探索与发展有其独特的理论逻辑,是由马克思主义的基本主张不断向中国特色反腐倡廉道路发展,不断实现理论转化,形成了确定反腐败目标的中国经验。全面考察建党百年来中国特色反腐倡廉道路的理论逻辑,对于新时代不断发展中国特色反腐倡廉理论体系与制度体系具有重要作用。
The century-long development of the CPC is a history of creating the great cause of the construction and development of political parties in China and the world, as well as a history of promoting cleanliness and clean politics. With the goal of establishing a new type of proletarian regime, the CPC is the first political party in Chinese history to explicitly propose"opposing corruption and building clean politics", and has made a great leap in the localization of Marxist theory in promoting anti-corruption with the people at the center and in accordance with the times. Anti-corruption is one of the claims of the CPC at its founding, the Party’s political banner and an important battle of self-revolution in its century-long development. The exploration and development of the path of anti-corruption and clean administration with Chinese characteristics has its own unique theoretical basis and roots. The constant theoretical transformation from the basic propositions of Marxism to the road of anti-corruption and clean administration with Chinese characteristics shapes the Chinese experience in defining the goal of anti-corruption. A comprehensive review of the exploration and development of the road of anti-corruption and clean administration with Chinese characteristics over the past century since the founding of the Party plays an important role in the continual development of the theoretical and institutional system of anti-corruption and clean administration with Chinese characteristics.
