摘要
本文研究分析了防火涂料的材料特性,并基于现有轨道车辆耐火结构设计要求,提升轨道车辆车体的耐高温、减重以及材料环保性能为基本需求,研发设计了车体底架耐火组件样件,并通过一系列试验验证了工程化方案,实现了耐火、环保及减重的性能匹配要求,对防火涂料在轨道交通行业的应用提出要求及展望。
This paper studies and analyzes the material properties of fire retardant coating and develops the car body chassis refractory component protolype,based on the requirement for fireproof strueture design of existing railway vehicles and the essential requirements for high temperature resistant,lighter and environment friendly materials for railway vehidles bodywork.The design engineering scheme has been verified by a series of tests,and realized the above-mentioned requirements.The application requirements and prospects of fire intumescent paint in rail transit industry are put forwand.
