摘要
心房衰竭是指心房功能障碍导致的心脏功能障碍。本文从心房解剖、生理到心房衰竭的病理生理、临床表现、评估与潜在治疗靶点,对心房衰竭作一综述。"心房衰竭"作为一个独立临床疾病概念的提出有助于推动深入研究与认识左心房功能障碍,进而寻找新的精准治疗靶点。
Atrial failure refers to any atrial dysfunction causing impaired heart performance.We reviewed atrial anatomy and physiology,aspects of pathophysiology,clinical consequences,evaluation methods,and potential interventions of atrial failure.The concept of"atrial failure"as a clinical entity may improve understanding and precise management of atrial dysfunction.
