摘要
针对民航模拟训练培训过程中考核评估主观性强的问题,在分析考核评估需求、重要性与现有技术趋势发展的基础上,提出了一种可量化评估管制效果的方法。文章提出了一种使用德尔菲法、层次分析法、聚类分析法、模糊数学法等方式进行数据分析处理,对管制规则、通话、安全、效率、人机界面等各项进行量化评估的方式,与传统评估方式相比可以提高民航管制培训评估的客观性与准确性。
In order to solve the problem of strong subjectivity of assessment and evaluation in the process of civil aviation simulation training,on the basis of analyzing the demand and importance of assessment and evaluation and the development trend of existing technology,this paper puts forward a quantitative method to evaluate the control effect.This paper puts forward a way to quantitatively evaluate the regulation rules,communication,safety,efficiency and man-machine interface by using Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,cluster analysis method,fuzzy mathematics method and so on.Compared with the traditional evaluation method,this method can help improve the objectivity and accuracy of civil aviation control training evaluation.
