摘要
广州某超限高层办公大楼存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、局部不规则(穿层柱、斜柱)等不规则项,通过采用YJK及ETABS两种程序进行多遇地震弹性分析及弹性时程分析、罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析等方法进行整体分析,并对薄弱部位(穿层柱、斜柱及其影响构件)进行专项构件受力分析,综合探究结构的整体受力性能,对相关部位采取有效的加强措施,实现建筑结构的合理、安全和美观,对其它类似超限高层结构设计具有一定的参考意义。
Some irregularities exist in a high-rise office building in Guangzhou,such as torsion irregularity,floor discontinuity,local irregularity(cross-story pillar,inclined pillar),etc.The elastic analysis and elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes and elasticplastic time-history analysis under rarely earthquakes are carried out by using YJK and ETABS programs,and the special stress analysis of weak parts(cross-story pillar,inclined pillar and its influencing members)is carried out to comprehensively explore the overall stress performance of the structure.Effective strengthening measures are taken for the relevant parts to realize the rationality,safety and beauty of the building structure,which has certain reference significance for the design of other similar over-limit high-rise structures.
