摘要 煤矿安全生产隐患排查是预防和控制煤矿事故发生的有效途径。但长期以来我国煤矿行业安全管理水平低下,隐患分类不清,排查治理不彻底,无形中加大了隐患排查管控的难度。为满足隐患高效排查治理需求,文章设计了一种移动智能隐患排查管控系统,结合实际隐患排查管控的步骤,将各类隐患进行分类并划分等级,模块化隐患治理的环节,流程化隐患排查治理的操作,统计分析各类数据并输出可视化的图表。系统运用Ionic为核心的混合APP开发框架,能够在移动终端上完成对隐患的排查管控,达到隐患的闭环管理效果。针对隐患数据的统计分析也为管理人员提供了丰富的数据视图。此系统能够高效且有目的地进行隐患排查,提升隐患处理的有序性,极大地提高效率。 It is an effective way to prevent and control coal mine accidents to find out the hidden danger of coal mine safety production.However,for a long time,the safety management level of China's coal mining industry has been low,the classification of hidden dangers is not clear,and the investigation and control is not thorough,which virtually increases the difficulty of the investigation and control of hidden dangers.To meet the demand of hazard efficient screening governance,this paper designed a kind of hidden perils in mobile intelligent control system,combined with the actual hidden control steps,will all kinds of hidden dangers to classify and rank,modular risk management link,the hidden perils in a routing management operation,statistical analysis of all kinds of data and visualization output chart.Using Ionic as the core of the hybrid APP development framework,the system is able to complete the screening and control of potential hazards on mobile terminals and achieve a closed-loop management effect of potential hazards.The statistical analysis of hidden danger data also provides a rich data view for managers.This system can efficiently and purposefully detect the hidden danger,improve the order of the hidden danger treatment,and greatly improve the efficiency.
