摘要
为了探索赤霉素和乙烯利对厚皮甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)不同性型雌雄花分化及不同节位段分布的影响,采用不同浓度的赤霉素和乙烯利对4种性型的厚皮甜瓜材料在2叶1心期开始进行处理。结果表明:赤霉素和乙烯利可以显著降低全雌系雌花数;赤霉素对全两性花株性型无影响,而乙烯利会降低该性型植株的两性花数量;赤霉素可以使雌雄异花同株性型的雄花数量减少,而500 mg·L^(-1)赤霉素会增加雄花两性花同株性型的雄花数量;乙烯利对雌雄异花同株和雄花两性花同株这2种性型的雄花有抑制作用,使这2个性型雄花数显著降低。其中400 mL·L^(-1)乙烯利处理可使雌雄异花同株性型植株主蔓6~15节不出现雄花,效果最佳。
To investigate the effects of gibberellin and ethephon on differentiation of various sex types flowers and the distribution of different segments in melon(Cucumis melo L.).Four sex types melon was treated by different concentrations of gibberellin and ethephon at 2nd true leaf period.Results showed that the number of female flowers in the gynoecious reduced significantly by using gibberellin and ethephon;The number of bisexual flowers decreased after treating with the ethephon in the hermaphrodite,while gibberellin had no effect on it;the number of male flowers reduced in the monoecious by spraying gibberellin,while the number of male flowers increased in the andromonoecious with 500 mg·L^(-1) gibberellin;Ethephon significantly reduced the number of male flowers in both monoecious and andromonoecious.The best effect of preventing the occurrence of male flowers from the 6 th to 15 th node in the monoecious was achieved by spraying 400 mL·L^(-1) ethephon.
