摘要
国内众多地铁车辆段采用“上盖+物业开发”的设计方案以节省土地和创造经济效益。但车辆段上盖建筑跨度大、高度大的特点,使得施工时需采用大量的高支模施工。以深圳地铁三号线横岗双层车辆段大跨度高支模施工作为研究重点,开发软件解决地铁车辆段工程大跨度高支模数量多、设计和验算工作量大的计算问题,依据软件计算结果提出相应的高支模施工控制措施。研究表明:自研软件具有界面美观、操作方便、交互能力强、自动成图和计算结果自动调整的优势;结合计算结果对高支钢管、高支模板的安装、地基施工以及安全防护提出具体的施工控制措施,以发挥高支模技术优势,更为规范地展开高支模施工。研究成果可为地铁车辆段大跨度高支模施工提供有力支撑。
Many domestic metro depots adopt the design scheme of TOD to save land and create economic benefits.However,due to the characteristics of large span and high height of the superstructure of the depot,a large number of high formwork construction needs to be adopted during construction.Taking the construction of large-span and high formwork in Henggang double deck depot of Shenzhen Metro Line 3 as the research focus,the software is developed to solve the calculation problems of large number of large-span and high formwork and large workload of design and checking calculation in the Metro Depot Project,and the corresponding high formwork construction control measures are put forward according to the software calculation results.The research shows that the self-developed software has the advantages of beautiful interface,convenient operation,strong interaction ability,automatic mapping and automatic adjustment of calculation results;combined with the calculation results,specific construction control measures are put forward for the installation of high supported steel pipe and high supported formwork,foundation construction and safety protection,so as to give full play to the technical advantages of high formwork and carry out high formwork construction more standardized.The research results can provide strong support for the large-span and high formwork construction of the metro depot.
