摘要
天津空港经济区正处于快速发展与产业转型的关键时期,针对其发展现状,运用手机信令及POI等多源数据深入剖析产、城、人及配套的主要特征与需求特点;针对天津空港经济区空间资源紧张、经济产业发展低速、配套滞后等问题,立足港产城融合发展理念,提出建设完整产业社区的发展路径,从空间格局的单元界定、功能多元、产业更新、公共服务支撑等方面推动空港经济区更新发展,以达到完善产业、居住及公共服务等多功能布局与品质提升的发展目标,实现由园区经济发展模式转为产业社区经济发展模式,最终由产业园区发展为城市有机组成的区域.
Tianjin airport economic zone is in a critical period of rapid development and industry transformation.Given its development status,multi-source data such as mobile signaling and POI were used to deeply analyze the main features and demand characteristics of airport,production,city,people,and supporting facilities.Considering the shortage of space resources,low speed of economic and industrial development,lagging of supporting facilities,this paper proposed to take the complete industrial community as the construction path including the definition of spatial pattern units,diversified functions,industrial renewal,and public service support to improve the multi-functional layout and quality of the industry,housing,and public services,to transform the park economic development model into the industrial community economic development model,and finally to promote the development of industrial parks into the urban organic composition of the region.
