摘要
目的:观察自我效能护理联合阶梯式功能锻炼在断指再植术后患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019—2020年该院收治的70例断指再植术后患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组采用常规护理联合阶梯式功能锻炼,观察组在对照组的基础上采用自我效能护理,比较两组护理后断指功能恢复优良率和护理前后的自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]评分。结果:护理后,观察组断指功能恢复优良率为71.93%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组GSES评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理联合阶梯式功能锻炼的基础上采用自我效能护理,可提高断指再植术后患者断指功能恢复优良率和GSES评分,效果优于常规护理联合阶梯式功能锻炼。
Objective:To observe application effects of self-efficacy intervention combined with stepped functional exercise in patients after replantation of severed fingers.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 70 patients after replantation of severed fingers admitted to the hospital from 2019 to 2020 was performed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,each with 35 cases.The control group was given routine nursing combined with stepped functional exercise intervention,while the observation group used the self-efficacy intervention on the basis of those of the control group.The recovery excellent and good rate of the severed finger function after the intervention and the self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]score before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the recovery excellent and good rate of the severed finger function in the observation group was 71.93%,which was higher than 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing combined with stepped functional exercise nursing,the self-efficacy intervention can improve the recovery excellent and good rate of the severed finger function and the GSES score in the patients after replantation of severed fingers.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing combined with stepped functional exercise intervention.
