摘要
目的:观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗脑血栓形成患者的效果。方法:选取94例脑血栓形成患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各47例。对照组口服硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上静脉滴注丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,比较两组疗效、血小板计数、血小板聚集率、血小板黏附率和凝血功能指标[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血浆凝血活酶原时间(PT)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)]水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%,明显高于对照组的70.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血小板聚集率和血小板黏附率均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组APTT、PT均长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,两组FIB水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血小板计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗脑血栓形成患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善凝血功能指标水平,以及降低血小板聚集率和血小板黏附率,效果优于单纯氯吡格雷治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with Clopidogrel on cerebral thrombosis.Methods:94 patients with cerebral thrombosis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with intravenous infusion of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,the platelet count,the platelet aggregation rate,the platelet adhesion rate and the coagulation function index levels[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),plasma prothrombin time(PT)and fibrinogen(FIB)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than 70.21%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the platelet aggregation rate and the platelet adhesion rate of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the APTT and PT of the two groups were longer than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were longer than those of the control group;the FIB levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,after the treatment,there was no significant difference in the platelet count between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of the patients with cerebral thrombosis can increase the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of coagulation function indexes,and
