风力发电机组仿真机振动的故障诊断与处理

摘要 本篇论文主要介绍了对得到的现场实际风能参数通过特定算法将风能转换为风电机组主轴上对应的目标转速和目标转矩,然后应用风力发电机组仿真机进行振动测试和分析排除故障,通过风力发电机组仿真机的模拟分析能够为现场风力发电机组进行振动测试提供一些参考。 This paper mainly introduces the actual wind energy parameters obtained at the scene through a specific algorithm to convert wind energy into the corresponding target speed and target torque on the main shaft of the wind turbine,and then use the wind turbine simulator to perform vibration testing and analysis and troubleshooting.The simulation analysis of the generator set simulator can provide some references for the vibration test of the on-site wind generator set.
