摘要
综述了热固性酚醛树脂和热塑性酚醛树脂的制备方法,包括常温呈固态热固性酚醛树脂的合成、半固态热固性酚醛树脂的制备以及热固性酚醛树脂的连续性生产方法,还有水溶性热塑性酚醛树脂的合成、使用有机磷酸催化剂合成热塑性酚醛树脂、使用苯二酚制备热塑性酚醛树脂。介绍了酚醛树脂在园林设计中可用于防腐木材的制备和在古建筑木结构修复中的应用。
The production processes of thermosetting phenolic formalde hyde resins and thermoplastic phenolic-formaldehyde resins are reviewed,which include preparation of solid thermosetting phenolic resin at room temperature,semi-solid thermosetting phenolic resin,and water-soluble thermoplastic phenolic resin,besides that,the continuous production of thermosetting phenolic resin,the application of organophosphorus acid as catalyst and hydrochinone in thermoplastic phenolic resin production are discribed.Phenol formalde hyde resins can be used for preservative-treated wood in landscape design and wood structure restoration of ancient buildings.
