摘要
在人口老龄化成为大趋势的今天,养老问题显得尤为突出,社区为老服务工作是社区服务工作的重要组成部分,信息化是今后社区服务工作发展的必然趋势.通过对居家养老社区服务六类主要信息功能的29个题项进行问卷调查,发现有17个题项被老年人高度认可.交叉统计分析发现,心理咨询、公益活动、法律咨询及援助、养老保险等服务信息需求在性别上存在显著性差异;副食品代购、日托中心服务、健康宣传讲座、康复护理以及工作机会等服务信息需求在年龄组别上存在显著性差异.结合已有的居家养老社区服务管理信息系统,发现生活照料、精神慰藉、文化休闲、政策法律等服务信息,现有系统的功能与问卷结果基本趋于一致;现有系统大多数都提供了医疗保健服务信息功能,然而问卷结果却显示老年人对这类的需求一般.相反,问卷结果显示老年人对体育健身类服务信息需求认可程度较高,而现有系统却少有提供.根据研究的结果,文章最后提出构建居家养老社区服务管理信息系统的建议,并提出了几个未来的研究方向.
It is becoming a salient question with the rapid increasing of aging population Service of the community for the elderly is an important part of the construetior of community,Infornatization will become inevitable trenid during the community service development in the future.Through carried on the questionnaire survey of the 29-item about six.major informnation functions of family endowment conmutity service,we found that 17-item was highly accepted by the edely.The inforonation needs of psychological consultation,public welfare acities,legal advice and ssistance,and pension insurance service exist significantly differences with the gender by cross analysis;The information needs of purchasing agent for subsidary foodstuff,day care center,health promotion lectures,rehabilitation nursing and job opportunities service exist significantly differences with the age Eroup by cross analysis;Based on the analysis of existing family endowment cozmmunity service management information systems,the functioras of existing systemns and the information needs of questionnaire results almost.reach the.agreement with life care,spiritual comnfort.leisure culture,policy and law,information service;Most of the existing systesn provides medical and bhealth care service information function but questionnaire results have shown that the elders doni't have strong needs for it.Iustead.questionunaire results show that it is higher of the sports fitess service infornation of the elderly needs,but the existing systemn lttle provided.According to the tesults of the study Suggestions of building management infozmation systems of family endowment community service were raised at the end of this paper,and propose several future research directions.
