摘要
采用AHP方法选定道路通行评价指标体系,建立时间、道路实际通行能力和饱和度模型对通行度进行量化分析。选定三种功能类型小区,对其开放前后道路车流量进行Wilcoxon符号秩检验。结果显示:封闭式小区开放后对缓解周边道路通行压力有一定作用;住宅型与办公型小区适宜开放,商业型小区不适宜开放;基于模型结论,向城市规划和交通管理部门提出建议,以便于对未来城市小区的规划建设及现有小区的开放在政策制定方面提供参考。
The AHP method is used to establish the road traffic evaluation index system,and the time,road actual capacity and saturation model are constructed for the metrological measurement analysis.Selecting three functional types of residential communities,the Wilcoxon signed rank test is carried out on the road traffic flow before and after opening.The results show that the closed-type community has a certain effect on relieving the surrounding road traffic pressure;the residential and office-type communities are suitable for opening,and the commercial-type community is not suitable for opening.Based on the model conclusion,suggestions are made to the urban planning and traffic management departments to facilitate planning and construction of future communities and opening of existing communities.
