摘要
本文从创新发展理念对企业采购管理人才培养模式的影响出发,通过对企业采购管理人才培养现状的研究,总结分析出企业人才引进、人才培育和人才退出这三个角度审视企业人才培养的效果。根据上述人才培养呈现出的一般特征,进而归纳出展现企业采购管理人才培养整体能力的三个维度,即人才选用能力、人才培养能力和人才留用能力,由此建构出一个立体化人才培养模式,并分别在三个维度上对企业如何提升采购管理人才培养能力提出建议。
In this paper,from the perspective of the influence of innovative development concept on enterprise personnel training mode of purchasing management,through the study of the current situation of enterprise purchasing management personnel training,it sums up and analyzes three aspects of enterprise talent training,including the enterprise talent introduction,talent training and talent withdrawal.According to the general characteristics of talent cultivation from the three perspectives mentioned above,three dimensions that can show the overall ability of purchasing management talent cultivation are summarized,namely,talent selection ability,talent cultivation ability and talent retention ability.Thus,a three-dimensional talent cultivation mode is constructed.Finally,suggestions on how to improve the personnel training ability of purchasing management are put forward from three dimensions.
