摘要
当前,我国各地关切知识产权保护工作,采取系列激励措施鼓励知识产权创造及应用,为促进经济的平衡性、包容性、可持续性发展提供了重要支持,但还存在规模大而不强、数量多而不优、侵权易发多发等问题,在地方实践中亟待研究解决。通过注重量质齐升价值定位、推进职能部门协同机制、完善政府公共政策体系、提升政府专业服务能力、加强知识产权环境建设等措施能够不断提升知识产权保护实效。
At present,China is concerned about intellectual property protection,adopting a series of incentives to encourage the creation and application of intellectual property rights and to provide important support for the promotion of balanced,inclusive and sustainable economic development.However,there are still some problems,such as large-scale but not strong,large-scale but not excellent,frequent infringement and so on.We will constantly improve the effectiveness of intellectual property protection by focusing on quality and value orientation,pushing forward the coordination mechanism of functional departments,improving the government s public policy system,enhancing the government s professional service capacity and strengthening the construction of the intellectual property environment.
