摘要
压缩机作为气田生产的重点用能设备,在运行过程中不仅要保证安全运行,还要根据实际工况进行适应性的节能技术措施改造,以降低能源消耗。分析压缩机组技措节能量计算方法,结合重庆气矿实施的技术措施项目,提出了单耗法、比较法、效率法、“基期能耗-影响因素”模型法的4种计算方法,针对不同节能技措对计算方法进行验证,推荐了不同的计算方法,为节能技措改造计算提供依据。
Compressor as the key energy consumption equipment in gas field production,should not only ensure safe operation in the operation process,but also carry out adaptive energy-saving technical measures according to the actual working conditions to reduce energy consumption.Analysis of compressor section measures energy calculation method,combined with the technical measures of Chongqing gas project,puts forward the specific method,comparison method,the efficiency method,"base-factors affecting energy consumption model of"four calculation methods,the energy saving measures according to different calculation method for validation,recommend the different calculation method,provide the basis for energy saving measures during transformation calculation.
