摘要
根据DQ200干式双离合变速器的特殊换挡模式,为了降低离合器在换挡过程中打滑率,减小车辆低速起步时抖动颤振和换挡冲击,改善DQ200干式双离合变速器换挡品质。首先,获取DQ200换挡过程中离合器自适应曲线;其次,引入电磁离合器得到电磁离合器介入后离合器的自适应曲线;最后,对电磁离合器介入前后离合器自适应曲线进行对比验证。研究结果对改善DQ200换挡品质有十分重要的指导意义。
According to the special shift mode of DQ200 dry dual clutch transmission,in order to reduce the slip rate of clutch in the shift process,reduce the jitter and shift impact when the vehicle starts at low speed,and improve the shift quality of DQ200 dry dual clutch transmission.Firstly,the adaptive curve of clutch in DQ200 shift process is obtained;Secondly,the electromagnetic clutch is introduced to obtain the adaptive curve of the clutch after the electromagnetic clutch is involved;Finally,the adaptive curves of clutch before and after electromagnetic clutch intervention are compared and verified.The research results have very important guiding significance for improving the shift quality of DQ200.
