摘要
为了探究中药方剂玉屏风散对雏鸡生长性能及新城疫疫苗免疫效果的影响,试验将自行孵化的1日龄240只雏鸡平均分为空白对照组(C组)、疫苗组(NDV组)、玉屏风散组(YPF组)、玉屏风散与疫苗联合组(Y-N组),每组60只,YPF组与Y-N组雏鸡连续口服玉屏风散14 d,Y-N组与NDV组按照正常的免疫程序在1日龄点眼接种VG/GA新城疫疫苗,空白对照组未进行任何处理,分别在7,14,21,28日龄对其料肉比、免疫器官指数、HI抗体效价、外周血T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞增殖情况进行测定。结果表明:Y-N组与YPF组料肉比均低于C组和NDV组,说明YPF降低免疫雏鸡料肉比的作用显著,7,14,21日龄时Y-N组脾脏指数、法氏囊指数、胸腺指数均显著高于C组和NDV组(P<0.05),7,14,21,28日龄时,Y-N组HI抗体效价显著高于NDV组(P<0.05),21,28日龄时Y-N组T、B淋巴细胞的刺激指数显著高于YPF组、C组和NDV组(P<0.05)。说明雏鸡口服玉屏风散可明显降低料肉比,增加免疫器官指数,提高HI抗体效价,促进T、B淋巴细胞增殖。
In order to explore the impact of Yupingfeng powder, a traditional Chinese medicine prescription, on chick growth performance and immune effect of Newcastle disease vaccine, in the experiment, 240 1-day-old chicks hatched by themselves were equally divided into blank control group(C group),vaccine group(NDV group),Yupingfeng powder group(YPF group),and Yupingfeng powder and vaccine combined group(Y-N group), each group of 60 chicks;the chicks of YPF group and Y-N group were given Yupingfeng powder for 14 consecutive days, and Y-N group and NDV group were vaccinated by eye spotting with VG/GA Newcastle disease vaccine on 1-day-old according to normal immunization procedures;the blank control group did not receive any treatment. The feed-to-meat ratio, the immune organ index, HI antibody titer, and the proliferation of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in peripheral blood of each group were determined on 7,14,21 and 28 days of age, and were determined. The results showed that the feed-to-meat ratios of Y-N group and YPF group were significantly lower than those of C group and NDV group(P<0.05), indicated that YPF had a significant effect on reducing the feed-to-meat ratio of immunized chicks;on 7,14 and 21 days of age, the spleen index, bursa index and thymus index of the chicks in the Y-N group were significantly higher than those in the C and NDV groups(P<0.05);on 7,14,21 and 28 days of age, the HI antibody titer of the chicks in the Y-N group was significantly higher than that of the NDV group(P<0.05);on 21,28 days of age the stimulation index of T and B lymphocytes of chicks in Y-N group was significantly higher than those of YPF group, C group and NDV group(P<0.05). The results suggested that oral Yupingfeng powder in chicks could significantly reduce the feed-to-meat ratio, increase the index of immune organs, increase the titer of HI antibodies, and promote the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes.
