摘要
燃料水下运输设备作为压水堆核电厂停堆换料用的关键设备之一,其设计的可靠性与先进性对反应堆安全快速换料有至关重要的影响。在深入研究与对比国内外各堆型燃料水下运输设备后,借鉴非能动的理念,采用滚轮和滑道方案设计出一种创新型燃料水下运输设备,仅依靠一套驱动机构就能实现运输小车水平运动和燃料篮90°旋转两个方向同时动作,对核燃料水下自动化转运是一次有益尝试。通过结构计算和力学建模分析,已验证其实际操作运用可行,具有设备简化、运维方便、性价比高、故障率低等技术优势。
As one of the most important equipment for PWR shutdown and refueling,the underwater fuel transport equipment has a critical impact on the safety and rapid refueling due to its reliability and advancement.Through in-depth research and comparison of various types of the underwater fuel transport equipment,and drawing on the concept of passive technology,new underwater fuel transportation equipment is created by using the roller and slide program.Only one set of driving mechanism can simultaneously realize the horizontal movement of the conveyor car and the 90°rotation of the fuel basket in different directions.It is a beneficial attempt to automatic underwater transfer of nuclear fuel.After theoretical verification of load calculation and mechanical analysis,it is known that its practical application is feasible,and has technical advantages of equipment simplification,convenient operation and maintenance,high cost performance and low failure rate.
