摘要
通过阐述《中国城市轨道交通智慧城轨发展纲要》中生产组织优化的要求和构成,提出了智慧城轨生产组织优化的目标和方向。结合智慧城轨建设如何与运营生产组织匹配,探讨了智慧城轨下生产组织优化的重点内容,为今后轨道交通企业应对运营生产运作的大变革提出了建议。
By elaborating the requirements and components of production organization optimization in the Development Outline of China′s Smart Urban Rail,the goal and direction of smart urban rail production organization optimization are proposed.Combining with how the construction of the smart urban rail matches the operating production organization,the key contents of the optimization of the production organization under the smart urban rail are discussed,and suggestions are made for the rail transportation enterprises to deal with the major changes in the operation,production and operation in the future.
