摘要
针对现有粉尘质量浓度检测技术在采煤机割煤时的局限性,提出了基于光吸收法的粉尘高质量浓度检测方法,通过阐述光吸收法的基本原理,根据光源和光电传感器的选择依据,设计了光学检测结构。通过 Fluent 软件对设计的暗室结构进行流场仿真,确定了激光管与光电倍增管布置位置。同时,设计了无线数据传输功能,将采集的粉尘质量浓度数据通过无线传输至采集主机。通过与粉尘采样器对比试验证明:在合理的标定系数下,传感器的检测误差均小于 10%,测量精度较高,实现了煤矿井下采煤机割煤时粉尘质量浓度的精确测量。
In view of the limitation of present detection technology for the mass concentration of dust at the time of coal shearer operating,a method of detecting the high mass concentration of dust was proposed based on light absorption method.After the basic principle of the light absorption method being narrated,the optical detection structure was designed according to the selection of light source and photoelectric sensors.Fluent software was applied to simulate the flow field of the design darkroom,and the position of laser tube and photomultiplier tube were determined.Moreover,wireless data transmission function was designed,and the collected dust mass concentration data was wirelessly transmitted to the collection host.The comparison with the dust sampler showed that under the reasonable calibration coefficient,the detection error of the sensors was less than 10%,the detection precision was considerable high.Thus the precise detection of the mass concentration of dust at the time of the coal shearer operating was realized.
