摘要
目的研究袋鼠式措施(KMC)结合超前保健指导对新生儿神经、体格发育的影响.方法使用随机数字表法将2019年12月-2020年12月于我院进行保健管理并经阴道分娩的100例新生儿分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组采用常规护理与保健指导,观察组采用KMC结合超前保健指导.对比两组的神经发育情况、体格发育情况、喂养情况。结果观察组出生30天行为能力、被动肌张力、主动肌张力、原始反射的评分及NBNA评分总分高于对照组(P<0。05),观察组出生30天的体重、身长、头围高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的母乳喂养率50.00%高于对照组的28.00%(P<0.05).结论KMC结合超前保健指导能够促进新生儿神经、体格发育,提高母乳喂养率,值得应用。
Objective To stuly the effevct of Kangaroo-style measures(KMC)combined with advanced health care guilanre on the neurological and physical develoyment of newhsorn.Method Ulising the random number table methodl.10 new horms who umderwent health care management and delivered vaginally in our hospital from Decemlwer 2019 to Devembver 2020 were dlividedl into a control group and an observation group.earch with 50 cases.The control pgroup usevl routinme nursing and health care guilamce.anwd the ohservation group used kangarwo-style measures combined with arlvanced health vare guilance.The neurodevelopment.hysical development.and feling status of the two groups were comparel.Result The total svores of behavioral ability,passive muscle tone.artive musecle tone,original reflex and NBNA seore of the observation group at 30 daysof birth were higher than those of the rcontrol group(P<0.05).The weight.length and head eireumference of the ohservation group at 30 days of hirth were higher than those of the control Group(P<0.05).the breastfeeding rate of the ohservation group(50.00%)was higher than that of the control group(28.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion KMC.combinerl with arlvanced health care guidance can promote the neurological and physical development of newhworms and increase the lreatfvevling rate.lt is worthy of application.
