摘要 总结了酮苯装置不同类型泄漏的密封点以及针对不同类型泄漏的有效修复方式。应用泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术对酮苯装置泄漏开展了全面检测和维修。酮苯装置密封点修复前泄漏率为0.35%,修复后泄漏率为0.06%;修复后VOCs排放量为0.198 t·a^(-1),减排率为81.30%。 The sealing points of different types of leaks in ketone-benzene devices and effective repair methods for different types of leaks were summarized.Application of leak detection and repair (LDAR) technology in comprehensive detection and repair of the leakage of ketone benzene device was discussed.The leakage rate of the sealing points of the ketone-benzene device before repair was 0.35%,and the leakage rate after repair was 0.06%;after repair,the VOCs emissions were 0.198 t·a^(-1),and the emission reduction rate was 81.30%.
