摘要
DKD是DM常见微血管并发症之一,目前治疗药物有限,临床对于DKD新型治疗药物需求大。DKD发生发展与氧化应激密切相关。核因子E2相关因子2/抗氧化反应元件(Nrf2/ARE)是抗氧化应激敏感的信号通路之一,激活该通路可诱导一系列细胞保护基因转录,减少氧化应激,起到肾脏保护作用,是治疗DKD的潜在靶点。本文在阐述Nrf2/ARE信号通路基本结构、生物学效应的基础上,针对其激活对DKD影响的研究进展进行评述。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the most common and serious micro-vascular complications of diabetes mellitus(DM). Since satisfied treatments are still limited,exploring new strategies for the treatment of DKD is urgently needed. In recent years,oxidative stress has been considered to be closely related to the initiation and development of DKD. Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway plays a key role in the cellular response to oxidative stress. Thus,activation of Nrf2 seems to be a new choice for the treatment of DKD. In this review,we describe the basic structure and biological effects of Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway and summary the latest progress about the effect of activation of this signaling pathway on DKD.
