摘要
电能表作为电能计量器具是民生计量内不可或缺的设备。随着社会的发展,居民的消费素质不断提高,电能表的质量以及计量是否准确成为目前人民广泛关注的热点,同时也是电力领域内重点关注的对象。根据最新国际电工委员会标准IEC61000-4-19∶2014规定,如有可能来自电力电子和电力线通信系统的干扰,且电源电压小于280V和在50Hz或者60Hz条件下运行的电气和电子设备,必须进行差模电流干扰试验。本文详细介绍了电能表传导差模电流干扰试验的试验原理、试验条件、方法以及试验结果的判断。
As an electric energy measuring instrument, electric energy meter is an indispensable equipment in people′s livelihood measurement.With the development of society, the consumption quality of residents is constantly improving.The quality of electric energy meter and the accuracy of measurement have become the focus of people′s attention, and also the focus of attention in the field of electric power.In order to better supervise the electric energy measurement in our country, we can obtain the production license.According to the latest international electro technical commission standard IEC 61000-4-19∶2014, if there is possible interference from power electronics and power line communication system, and the power supply voltage is less than 280 V and the electrical and electronic equipment operates under the condition of 50 Hz or 60 Hz, the differential current interference test must be carried out.This paper introduces in detail the test principle, test conditions, methods and judgment of test results of conducted differential mode current interference test for watt hour meter.
