摘要
LNG储配场站的低温泵气封、管道保压及气动控制的动力源通常采用氮气,采用液氮气化提供气源后,液氮灌装、存储消耗量大,利用率低。为提高液氮利用率进行了一系列研究活动。本文主要阐述了为提高该利用率进行了的调查、原因分析、对策测及实施所做的探索。
Nitrogen is usually used as the power source for cryogenic pump air seal,pipeline pressure holding and pneumatic control in LNG storage and distribution stations.After the gas source is provided by gasification of liquid nitrogen,the consumption of liquid nitrogen is tremendous with low utilization rate.A series of research activities have been carried out to improve the utilization rate of liquid nitrogen.This paper mainly describes the investigation,reason analysis,countermeasures and implementation of the study on improving the utilization rate.
