摘要
配置中置辊式破碎机的第四代步进式篦冷机具有热交换效率高、冷却效果好、电耗低、余热发电量高等优点,被许多新建或改造的生产线所广泛应用。全面介绍了由第三代篦冷机向第四代篦冷机升级过程中,篦冷机一、二段标高的确定原则,风机群、液压站的布置,以及对接热风管道,合理设置推“雪人”装置,辊式破碎机检修,槽式输送机、卸料溜子、回灰溜子等改造工作的设计细节。
The 4th generation clinker cooler with middle roller crusher has many advantages,such as high heat recovery efficiency,excellent cooling effect,low power consumption and high generating capacity,etc.This advanced equipment has been widely used in the new or modified clinker production line.This article comprehensively introduced the design details of technical transformation process from the 3rd generation cooler to the 4th generation cooler,including selection principle of the first part and second elevation of the cooler,the arrangement of cooling fans and hydraulic station,connection of the hot air duct,installation of the device used to eliminate clinker block,maintenance plan of the roller crusher,and transformation of trough conveyer and related chutes.
