差热法测定OLED材料玻璃化转变温度的不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation of Glass Transfer Temperature of Materials for Organic Light Emitting Diode Display by Differential Scanning Calorimetry

摘要 使用差热法测定有机发光二极管显示器用(OLED)材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),评定人员重复性操作、样品均匀性、差示扫描量热仪设备、标准物质标准值等因素产生的不确定度分量,计算得到差热法测定OLED材料Tg的合成标准不确定度为0.52℃,扩展不确定度为1.1℃,k=2。 In this paper,the glass transfer temperature(Tg)of organic light emitting diode display(OLED)materials was measured by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The uncertainty components caused by repeated operation of personnel,sample uniformity,differential scanning calorimetry equipment,standard value of reference materials and other factors were evaluated.The results show that the standard uncertainty for the determination of Tg in OLED materials by DSC is 0.52℃and the extended uncertainty is 1.1℃,k=2.
