摘要
建立了溶剂提取气相色谱/质谱法测定UV油墨中苯系物含量的方法。以甲醇提取样品苯系物,外标法定量,同时检测样品中8种苯系物含量。在优化的实验条件下,方法线性关系良好,线性范围在0.1~50μg/mL,加标回收率在93.44%~102.07%之间,相对标准偏差在3.86%~6.06%之间。方法操作简单,准确度和精密度较高,是一种检测UV油墨产品中苯系物含量的有效方法。
The solvent extraction gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method was established to determine the content of benzene homologues in UV inks.The benzene homologues of the sample was extracted with methanol,and the external standard method was used to quantify the content of 8 kinds of benzene homologues in the sample.Under optimized experimental conditions,the method has a good linear relationship.The linear range is 0.1-50μg/mL,the spiked recovery rate is between 93.44%and 102.07%,and the relative standard deviation is between 3.86%and 6.06%.The method is simple to operate,with high accuracy and precision,and is an effective method for detecting the content of benzene homologues in UV ink products.
