摘要
梳理分析了1990年以来欧洲能源消费、供应情况和主要特点,展望研判欧洲未来能源发展和实现低碳目标的主要路径。探讨了欧洲经验对于实现碳中和的启示,对探索适应中国国情和能源发展的低碳发展路径具有一定的参考价值。
This paper analyzed the energy consumption and supply in Europe since 1990,and discussed the main paths of European energy development and decarbonization.The potential enlightenment for China to achieve carbon neutrality that suits the best its own conditions and realities is discussed.
